About Castle Estates
We are a mother/daughter team committed to making your estate sale an easy process!
We will come to you and discuss your wants and needs, then come in the week before, stage your items, and meet with you prior to the sale to discuss pricing.
We’ll market the event, run it over 3 days, and communicate with you regularly.
Fees
Estate Sales
We are competitive when it comes to our commission. Our commission rate is 35% of sales.
Private Sales
We will come in and sell your larger items for you in situ. Our commission for this is 30%. This takes the hassle out of having to market and sell items yourself and reaches a larger audience.
